Abstract
This study explores the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education (IEE) with holistic student development in higher education, emphasizing its significance in cultivating socially responsible and innovative talents. It highlights the alignment of shared values, complementary educational content, and synergistic teaching methods as foundational elements for integration. Practical pathways, including curriculum optimization, experiential learning platforms, faculty collaboration, and incentive mechanisms, are proposed to implement this approach effectively. The integration addresses national strategic needs, societal demands, and higher education reform trends by equipping students with both a strong ethical foundation and entrepreneurial skills. This research underscores the transformative potential of combining personal development with practical application, preparing students to navigate complex challenges and contribute to sustainable societal progress. Recommendations for future research and policy support focus on developing evaluation frameworks, leveraging technology, and fostering collaborations among academia, industry, and other stakeholders to advance integrated education.
