Abstract
This study explores the development strategies of the low-altitude economy in Shandong Province under the context of new quality productive forces. Firstly, it analyzes the definition and key characteristics of the low-altitude economy, highlighting the driving role of new quality productive forces in this sector. Secondly, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the current state of the low-altitude economy in Shandong Province, including market size, key participating enterprises, and the industrial chain structure, identifying the main challenges such as insufficient policy support, weak technological innovation, and market demand fluctuations. Finally, it proposes corresponding development strategies, including setting short- and long-term development goals, optimizing the industrial structure, promoting technological innovation, and diversifying market development strategies.
