Abstract
This study takes Fuyao Glass as an example to discuss in depth the overseas strategy of Chinese enterprises under the perspective of supply chain globalization. Through literature research, case study and event study method, it comprehensively analyzes the current situation, challenges and optimization strategies of Fuyao Glass in global supply chain management. It is found that Fuyao Glass has successfully established a supply chain management system covering the whole process of suppliers through technological innovation and market expansion in the process of globalization, but the stability and security of its supply chain are challenged by the cultural differences between China and the United States, the limitations of its supply chain management model, and the impact of the New Crown epidemic. In order to cope with these problems, optimization strategies such as improving the cross-cultural management mechanism, upgrading the supply chain management model and sounding the supply chain emergency response mechanism are proposed.
