Abstract
Promoting the construction of a high-quality public cultural service system in Haizhu District not only benefits the humanitarian construction in Greater Bay Area and shows the local Chinese cultural heritage, but also provides a powerful support for the development of cultural industries. Although Haizhu District has currently made certain achievements in terms of guarantee mechanisms, facility networks and product quality, there are still some outstanding problems in service effectiveness, public participation and activity innovation. In this regard, relying on the rich heritage and deep humanistic atmosphere of Haizhu District, with the main thread of constructing a Lingnan culture brand, the public cultural service system should be built into equalization, localization, specialization and socialization, so as to realize the integration of public cultural resources as well as innovative and gathering development. With such a central brand, Haizhu District will be a unique window and a key place to present the traditional Lingnan culture.
