Abstract
As a pioneer in leading lifestyles, the hotel industry has become an important type of new hotel format by focusing on "cultural power" to create distinctive hotels. Featured hotels, as a bridge connecting tourists with local culture, in the current context of building a sense of community for the Chinese nation, aim to create an experiential hotel that embodies the "fusion" of distinctive cultures. This not provides comfortable accommodation and serves as an important window to highlight China's diverse ethnic cultures. The article analyzes the advantages of characteristic hotels in meeting customers' diverse needs and one-to-one restoration of various ethnic characteristics. Based on the current development of the hotel market, it is well known that there will be various problems in the process of hotel development, such as market, talent, and funding issues. Therefore, this article solves the problems encountered in hotel operation through innovative marketing strategies, cultivating professional talents, and expanding financing channels.
