Abstract
The advancement of business model innovation has emerged as a pivotal avenue for the advancement of sustainable development within the health and elderly care industry. Business model innovation has the potential to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises while simultaneously addressing the health and life needs of the elderly in a more effective manner, thereby providing them with a superior service experience. This paper will commence with an examination of the necessity of business model innovation in the healthcare industry. Subsequently, the discussion will address optimization solutions in four key areas: diversified service strategy, digitalization and intelligence strategy, user experience optimization strategy, and ecosystem construction strategy. The objective is to provide valuable references and lessons for the advancement of the healthcare industry.
