Abstract
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, its application in the field of human resource management has become increasingly widespread, exerting far-reaching impacts on both employees and enterprises. This article aims to conduct a more detailed analysis of the impacts through methods such as case studies and data analysis. It also strives to assist enterprises and employees in correctly understanding the advantages and disadvantages brought about by AI.
