Abstract
This study aims to explore the insights and reference value of the NCAA basketball system for the development of global sports education. Utilizing literature review and comparative analysis methods, the study comprehensively examines the role of the NCAA system in sports education and its successful experiences. Initially, the research systematically outlines the organizational structure, operational mechanisms, and unique advantages of the NCAA basketball system in cultivating sports talent. Subsequently, it compares the NCAA system with college basketball systems in other countries, focusing on differences and commonalities in education, culture, and management. The study finds that the NCAA basketball system has significant advantages in promoting the integration of sports and education, nurturing high-level athletes, and improving the quality of sports education. The conclusions indicate that the successful experiences of the NCAA system offer valuable references for global sports education, particularly in enhancing sports management systems, strengthening the connection between college and professional sports, and elevating the internationalization of sports education. Through in-depth analysis of these factors, this research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for further optimizing global sports education systems.
