Abstract
With the innovation of educational concepts, university physics teaching in Electrical Engineering and Automation has faced the challenge of enhancing student learning outcomes and cultivating engineering thinking. Based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) philosophy, combined with the Physics Education Technology (PhET) interactive simulation platform, a more intuitive learning experience was provided to help students understand the fundamentals of physics, address key difficulties, and apply knowledge to real-world engineering problems. This paper explores the integration of the OBE philosophy and the PhET platform in teaching, aiming to improve students' foundational physics knowledge, innovative capabilities, and practical skills, thereby laying a solid foundation for future professional studies.
