Abstract
This study comprehensively examines the challenges encountered in the practical application of machine translation technology, focusing on the core error types such as semantic understanding bias, grammatical errors and poor choice of words. In order to solve these errors, this paper discusses many correction strategies, such as post-editing and manual audit, model optimization and data enhancement, interactive translation and personalized customization. Post-editing and manual review ensure accurate control of translation quality; Model optimization and data enhancement enhance the generalization ability and accuracy of the translation system through technical means. Interactive translation and personalized customization meet the diversified translation needs of users and enhance the user experience. These modification methods not only provide strong support for the wide application of machine translation technology, but also inject new vitality into the continuous development of natural language processing. In the future, with the continuous progress of technology, machine translation technology is expected to achieve more intelligent and personalized translation services, and build a more convenient bridge for cross-language communication.
