Brief Analysis of Determining the Direction of Village Industry Development by Adapting to Local Conditions and Raising Livestock if Appropriate

Abstract

During the period of poverty alleviation, industrial poverty alleviation plays an important role. Industry is the foundation of development. Only when the industry is prosperous can the income of the villagers grow steadily. We must adhere to the policy of taking measures according to local conditions and villages, plant what is suitable for planting, raise what is suitable for raising, and plant forests where it is suitable for forestry, so as to promote the increase of farmers' income through industrial development. We must strengthen the grassroots party branches in rural areas and enhance the ability of towns and villages to serve farmers and agriculture. The author takes Zhihaimai Village as an example to conduct an in-depth analysis of the internal and external conditions of the village. To develop an industry, we must first analyze the factors that affect industrial development, and then cultivate leaders who are suitable for developing industries, and finally how to resist the risks encountered in industrial development. The author is problem-oriented and uses SWOT analysis to propose four strategies, namely SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy. Finally, it is determined to take aquaculture as the direction of industrial development in Zhihaimai Village, and gradually create an integrated business model of production, processing, operation, sales and logistics. The industrial development concept of realizing consumption poverty alleviation, driving enterprise development and promoting farmers' income increase is realized.
