Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, BIM (building information model) technology, as an innovative force in the construction industry, is gradually changing the traditional engineering management mode. This paper focuses on the application of BIM Technology in intelligent construction management, analyzes the advantages of BIM Technology, aims to explore how to promote the transformation of engineering management to a more efficient and intelligent direction, and analyzes the specific application of BIM Technology from the three stages of project planning and design, construction, and operation and maintenance, and analyzes that BIM Technology has a certain impact on the progress, cost, and safety of engineering projects. The future development suggestions and directions are put forward to provide a reference for the application of BIM Technology in intelligent construction management.
