Abstract
The advancement of higher vocational education into a new phase of connotational development necessitates the construction of a high-level double-position teacher team, which is essential for this development. However, the process of forming such teams in some vocational colleges encounters several challenges, including limited training platform support, a lack of vitality in teacher growth and development, and ineffective methods of enhancing teacher capabilities. By analyzing these issues and initiating reforms in mechanisms, this paper proposes a strategy to invigorate the teacher team and endow teachers with value-added skills through focused capability enhancement. This approach aims to elevate the quality and competitiveness of the schools' talent cultivation.
