Abstract
This study explores the educational functions realized through high-end event volunteer service under the "Beijing Service" concept and evaluates the practical effects. Taking the volunteer service of Beijing Hospitality Institute at the China Open Tennis Tournament as a case, the implementation framework and educational outcomes of the volunteer service are analyzed. The study found that high-end event volunteer service enhances volunteers' professional skills and social responsibility and significantly improves students' overall competencies through cross-cultural communication and teamwork. The research provides empirical support for the further development of "Beijing Service" and offers a reference for other universities to integrate international service with education.
