Abstract
This paper combines the requirements of the Ministry of Education on the development of higher vocational education and makes some instructions on how to do a good job of teachers who are satisfied with the people, aiming at the orientation of higher vocational colleges and the basic learning situation of students, It mainly discusses how to qualify teachers, from the aspects of having ideals and beliefs, having moral sentiments, having solid knowledge, and having a heart of love. It also discusses how to teach professional teachers in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of sufficient preparation before class, rich teaching process, and timely summary and feedback after class. It is pointed out that the concept of teaching and education should be innovative for students in higher vocational colleges. It is necessary to take students as the main body, take knowledge points as small goals, adopt simplified and visualized teaching concepts, and enhance the interest of higher vocational students. For students in higher vocational colleges, teaching methods should be innovative. The use of three driving teaching methods and other aspects of thinking and discussion.
