Research on the Path of Strengthening Role Model Demonstration Method in University Education

Abstract

The model demonstration method plays a very important role in university education, and it is still not outdated today. Role models, also known as role models, can regulate people's behavior and have an impact on it. In real life, sometimes role models can have a greater appeal in motivating people and changing their behavior. Role models are the benchmarks for regulating people's behavior and carry the mainstream values of different generations. College education courses are the main battlefield for college students to receive role model influence. Through the method of role model demonstration, students can be inspired to learn from role models and form correct values. In the current university education system in universities, the enormous power of role model education should be leveraged to set an example for college students, actively promote the moral power of upward and good, stimulate students' sense of identity, and shape themselves unconsciously. This article will analyze the problems in contemporary role model education, propose methods to strengthen role model education, and improve the effectiveness of education.
